10:30 AM: Hā Education & Practice
12:30 PM: Kai (Lunch)
1:30 PM: Hā Habit 6 Week Challenge Introduction
3:00 PM: Swim in the Mineral Pool
4:30 PM: Afternoon Tea and Reflection
5:30 PM: Closing
